My mat is half stretch size and measures 11" x 16. 5" and fits into a 13" x 18" pan. The mats are made from premium silicone and can be used up to 2,000 times. They are proper for the oven, microwave, and freezer. (-40F to 450F) You DO NOT want to use sharp metal tools like knives or pizza cutters on these mats. Before the first use you do want to ebb it with hot soapy water, dry it, and then apply a thin layer of cooking oil. This is only needed before the first use. If you do wash it in your dishwasher you will need to apply the oil again. I just find it easier to just influence wash and then dry it. It just needs to be stored rolled up or flat. After 10 minutes I shape the dough into 2 rounds for the pizza and let it rest a few minutes more. This system came from the Summer 2009 issue of "Through the Country Door". I was very surprised at just how good this was. We served it with some opposite involved veggies done in the microwave. 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) 2 tsp honey 1 tsp dried basil leaves 1 (3-3 1/2 lb) chicken, cooked and cut up Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon force, honey and basil. Place the chicken in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken. Make definite all the pieces are coated with the dressing. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is warmed through. I used about 1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts that I cut in half and browned for about 7 mintues on each side. I habituated to a half recipe the mayo and basil but the full amount of honey and lemon juice. I also turned the chicken after 20 minutes. This was very, acutely good.
